Jared: Thank you for chatting with me today, Michael. To give readers a little background, Michael Tjalve is a principal nonprofit architect in the Tech for Social Impact group in Microsoft Philanthropies, as well as an assistant professor in the Linguistics Department at the University of Washington. This is going to be a really exciting topic.
